Step 1: Your Current State.
A self-discovery process. In this phase we explore how you are being and what you are doing in your life and leadership that is working and not working. We will examine patterns and belief systems in your relationships, your health, your wealth and more to help you develop a comprehensive understanding of your current reality.
Step 2: Your Future State.
A visioning process. In this phase we explore the person you want to be, the type of life you want to live and how you want to show up as a leader in the world. We will examine your core values, your passions and aspirations so that you can architect your envisioned future.
Step 3: The Gap.
"The Gap" phase delves deep into the space between your current reality and your envisioned future. Uncover and release limiting beliefs, self sabotaging behaviors and subconscious blocks that keep you stuck so you can achieve your goals and (create a ripple effect/an impact in the world.)
Step 4: Your Integration
“The Integration” phase is when you bring your evolved understandings, perspectives and learnings into daily life and leadership. You see things in a way you’ve never seen before. Here you will define new behaviors, create new patterns and set new goals that align to the person you are choosing to become.
Step 5: Your Expansion.
The expansion process. Take the new integrated version of yourself and cement into your reality. Learn how to tap into your intuition and flow state to continuously cultivate a space of ease, abundance and non-attachment. By accessing the power within you, you can rise to the next level.
